National Rehab Broadens its Contract with Buckeye Community
Health Plan to Include Medicare Beneficiaries

April 11, 2008—In accordance with the company’s efforts to provide quality wound care, ostomy,
urological and orthopedic supplies and services to a larger percentage of the Ohio-based patient population, National Rehab has expanded its contract with Buckeye Community Health Plan, Inc. to include Medicare beneficiaries. Previously, National Rehab had established a contract with Buckeye Community Health Plan to provide products to its Medicaid patients.

Buckeye Community Health Plan is a health maintenance organization that has been providing services in Ohio since 2004. Buckeye is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Centene Corporation, a leading multi-line healthcare enterprise offering both core Medicaid and specialty services. Currently, Buckeye serves Medicare and Medicaid patients in 43 counties throughout Ohio.

National Rehab is now fully in the Buckeye Health Plan payer’s network and can supply enrollees with an extensive line of advanced wound care, ostomy and urological products representing the industry’s most prominent manufacturers. In addition, National Rehab’s Orthopedic and Prosthetics Division offers custom and off-the-shelf bracing, orthotic and prosthetic devices on a regional basis.
