Insurers/MCOs General Information
Our experience has given us the expertise to navigate a complex healthcare system for our patients, physicians, case managers, home health agencies and other referral sources.
At National Rehab (NR), we have a team of insurance specialists that understand the complexities of the health insurance landscape. Our knowledgeable product specialist team works on a daily basis with hundreds of private health insurers. In addition, we also understand complexities and requirements of dealing with Medicare and Medicaid. NR strictly adheres to Medicare, Medicaid and managed care plans' guidelines. For example, patients can receive either two-week or 30 day supplies of products. This allows for greater flexibility in their treatment plan and manages product utilization.
With fast, efficient and empathetic service, patients and healthcare professionals have peace-of-mind knowing they truly have a partner that puts their needs first. NR is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and The American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics (ABC).
A prime example of how committed we are to patient care and service is our commitment to patients with the rare disease Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB). Our committed customer service, insurance and clinical staff works directly with more than 300 EB families nationwide to help them receive products and treatments for this devastating disease.
Health insurers and managed care organizations that work with NR understand the benefits of working with a specialty provider that is a true partner in patient care. Learn more about the benefits of choosing National Rehab as your healthcare partner.
