Directions:
Corry is located about 40 minutes southeast of Erie on Route 6 East of 7. This office is located in Corry Memorial Hospital: Physical Therapy department.
Use the out patient entrance on the side of the hospital, go down the hall and make a right. The office is halfway down the hallway on the left side.
Patients do NOT need to register at the front desk.
