Patient locations are for the fitting of O&P and Lymphedema
products. By appointment only.

Directions:
From 28 North - Follow 28 North to 422 East towards Indiana. Take the Indiana Exit and stay straight. At stop sign turn left onto 422 West. Go up the hill and turn left into Friendship Plaza.

Local landmarks: The plaza is near the Dairy Queen, Dollar Store, and Exxon.
